Personal Data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Data Subject).An identifiable person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly for example by reference to an identification number, or to an online network or device identifier or to one or more factors specific to his physical physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Client Personal Data means Personal Data relating to AxusLearn‘s clients and clients’ end customers /employees which Axus Learn processes in its capacity as a Data Processor.
Data Controller is any individual or entity that defines the means and purpose of the processing of personal data. Data Controller is responsible for key aspects of data lifecycle from collection to data retention and disposal. For the purposes of this policy, the Data Controller is AxusLearn including its subsidiaries and affiliated entities worldwide.
Data Processor is any individual or entity (other than employee of AxusLearn) that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller, meaning that any data processing activity can only be executed according to explicit instruction by the data controller.
